About The Position

The Seasonal Team Member delivers friendly customer service, helps customers shop and locate products, and provides solutions. The role supports a fast, friendly checkout experience and store operations, including truck unloading, stocking, merchandise recovery, and maintaining a well-merchandised and in-stock store. Team members also assist with online order processes, customer loyalty and credit programs, safety and shrink initiatives, and may be cross-trained in Custom Framing sales and production. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
Ability to remain standing for long periods.
Ability to move throughout the store.
Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly.
Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Help customers shop, locate products, and find solutions.
Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash according to standards.
Explain Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card benefits and complete enrollments.
Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes.
Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including returns and general store recovery.
Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and ad set duties as assigned.
Support shrink and safety programs.
Follow standard operating procedures, company programs, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
Interact with others respectfully, maintain a positive approach in difficult situations, and promote the organization’s vision and values.
Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
Perform other duties as assigned.
