About The Position

Join ABC for the holiday season to help make everyday celebrations better. Seasonal Team Members support store operations by creating gift baskets, keeping stores clean and stocked, and providing enthusiastic service to guests. This part-time seasonal role offers flexible hours and may involve morning, daytime, or evening shifts any day Monday through Sunday. Shifts are usually scheduled between 11 AM and 10 PM. The 2026 holiday season runs from October 9, 2026, through January 7, 2027. Team Members who work all assigned holiday shifts—including the day before Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve—are eligible for a one-time $300 paid bonus. The bonus is prorated for employees who start after the season begins and is distributed after the holiday season in January 2027.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have part-time availability, including weekends, holidays, and/or nights.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and comply with the ABC dress code and policies.
• Maintain a positive attitude and flexibility in daily job tasks.
• Interact professionally and courteously with guests and other team members.
• Pass the company-issued background screening before hire.

Nice To Haves

• Retail or customer service experience is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Spread holiday cheer and goodwill among team members and guests.
• Greet and assist guests, answer questions, recommend products, and locate items in the store or at a nearby ABC location.
• Assist guests with carrying purchases to their vehicles.
• Create and wrap gift baskets with attention to detail and creativity.
• Operate a point-of-sale terminal to process transactions, handle cash, and apply discounts; training is provided.
• Unload delivery trucks as needed, depending on schedule.
• Stock shelves and coolers.
• Keep the store clean by breaking down boxes, removing light trash, sweeping, mopping, and keeping bathrooms clean and supplied.
• Deliver products to guests in their cars at curbside pickup parking spots as needed.
• Arrive for shifts on time and ready to work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
