About The Position

Guitar Center’s Seasonal Support serves as the face of the store, greeting customers, identifying their needs, matching them with products, and helping close sales. The role supports the company’s mission to nurture lifelong musicians and create inclusive, customer-first environments. Seasonal Support team members help customers with service needs, maintain store readiness and displays, and build relationships for future customer service needs.

Requirements

Ability to identify opportunities or issues and follow through on work activities.

Ability to work through Guitar Center’s certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques.
