About The Position

A Seasonal Stylist contributes to driving sales by providing a genuine experience to each customer. The role represents the Free People brand and supports an engaging, customer-focused store experience through personalized interaction, product knowledge, teamwork, and maintaining visual and operational standards.

Requirements

Love for the Free People brand.
Experience in customer service.
Experience being a team player.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Represent the brand and company values, and help drive an energized sales-floor experience.
Initiate conversations with customers and share advice and product knowledge in a personalized, genuine way across store zones.
Use technology to stay informed about in-store and online events and special offers, supporting an omnichannel customer experience.
Contribute to an inclusive, people-first team environment by being positive, respectful, and helpful.
Collaborate with peers and leadership, share ideas, and participate in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses.
Participate in learning and sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
Maintain Free People’s visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
Support the shipment process to learn about new and reshipped products.
Follow store safety standards, support inventory accuracy and product-loss reduction, and uphold company policies and procedures to support store profitability.
