About The Position

A Seasonal Stylist contributes to driving sales by providing a genuine experience to each customer. The role represents the Free People brand on the sales floor, engages customers with personalized advice and product knowledge, and helps create an energized, inclusive store experience. The stylist also supports visual and operational standards, shipment processing, safety, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention.

Requirements

Love for the Free People brand.
Experience in customer service.
Experience being a team player.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Represent the brand in a way that reflects company values and maintain an energized pace on the sales floor.
Initiate conversations and share advice and product knowledge to engage customers in a personalized, genuine way throughout the store.
Use technology to stay informed about in-store and online events and special offers, supporting an omni-channel customer experience.
Contribute to an inclusive, people-first environment by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others.
Collaborate with peers and leadership, share ideas, and participate in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses.
Participate in learning and sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
Maintain Free People’s visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
Support shipment processing and build awareness of new and reshipped product.
Follow store safety standards, support inventory accuracy and product-loss reduction, and uphold company policies and procedures to support store profitability.
