About The Position

A Seasonal Stylist contributes to driving sales by providing each customer with a genuine experience. The role represents the Free People brand, supports a personalized and informed customer experience, collaborates with the store team, and helps maintain visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on customers.

Requirements

Experience in customer service.

Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Act as a brand representative who reflects company values and helps drive an energized sales-floor experience.
Initiate conversations and share advice and product knowledge with customers in a personalized, genuine way across store zones.
Use technology to stay informed about in-store and online events and special offers, enhancing the customer experience with an omnichannel perspective.
Contribute to an inclusive, people-first philosophy by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others.
Collaborate with peers and leadership, share ideas, and participate in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses.
Participate in learning and sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
Maintain Free People’s visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
Support the shipment process to gain awareness of products, including new and reshipped items.
Follow store safety standards, support inventory accuracy and product-loss reduction, and uphold company policies and procedures to support store profitability.
