About The Position

A Seasonal Stylist contributes to driving sales by providing a genuine experience to each customer. The role represents the Free People brand on the sales floor, provides personalized styling advice and product knowledge, and uses technology to stay informed about store and online events and offers. The stylist collaborates with peers and leadership, participates in meetings and learning activities, and supports visual, shipment, safety, inventory, and operational standards while keeping the customer in focus.

Requirements

Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Represent the brand in a way that reflects company values and maintain an energized pace on the sales floor.
Initiate conversations and share advice and product knowledge to engage customers in a personalized, genuine way throughout the store.
Use technology to stay informed about in-store and online events and special offers and enhance the omnichannel customer experience.
Contribute to an inclusive, people-first environment by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others.
Collaborate with peers and leadership, share ideas, and participate in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses.
Participate in learning and sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities.
Maintain Free People’s visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
Support the shipment process and learn about new and reshipped products.
Follow store safety standards, maintain inventory accuracy, help reduce product loss, and comply with company policies and procedures to support store profitability.
