About The Position

Mejuri is looking for seasonal support to join their team during their busiest time of year. As a Seasonal Stylist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, creating a warm and inviting experience. You will stay current on fashion trends, educate customers on products, and inspire them to try new things. You will be a role model of Mejuri's brand vision and values. The hiring period is from August 17th to October 10th, with support needed until January 22nd, 2026.

• Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
• History of successfully participating in and contributing to a positive team working environment.
• Experience using or ability to learn point-of-sale systems and other retail technology.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Mejuri’s Steps of Selling and ensure a high-quality in-store customer experience.
• Promote service offerings such as piercing and engraving to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Support in back-of-house operations for in-store, phone, and BOPIS sales, ensuring efficiency in packaging and delivery standards.
• Maintain organizational integrity of the back-of-house, including display inventory, sellable inventory, packaging, and supplies.
• Learn and utilize point-of-sale systems and other retail technology.
• Assist in mitigating internal, external, and administrative loss of product.
• Identify and escalate opportunities, gaps, risks, and roadblocks to store leadership.
• Ensure Mejuri brand standards of visual presentation, cleanliness, and functionality are upheld.
• Validate the integrity of display fixtures, graphics, furniture, and decor, notifying appropriate teams of any missing or damaged items.
• Flag, identify, and action any inefficiencies in merchandising or fixtures.
• Build positive relationships with team members and foster an engaging work environment.
• Adhere to company policies and compliance practices.
