About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a part-time seasonal sales associate to support the store during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, the Seasonal Stylist provides basic customer service and helps maintain store productivity and appearance during peak, high-volume periods. The role requires a consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive approach and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The position is based at Levi’s Westfield Garden Plaza in Paramus, New Jersey. Compensation ranges from $15.15 to $25.25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts such as Black Friday.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and to stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach overhead, and climb ladders constantly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods identified by management.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
• Help maintain store appearance according to visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
• Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
• Comply with Levi’s Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
