About The Position

Mejuri is seeking seasonal support to join their team during their busiest time of year. As a Seasonal Stylist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for creating a warm and inviting shopping experience. This role involves staying updated on fashion trends, educating customers about products, and encouraging them to explore new items. The Seasonal Stylist is expected to embody Mejuri's brand vision and values in interactions with both colleagues and customers. The hiring period is from August 17th to October 10th, with the role supporting the team until January 22nd, 2026.

Requirements

Ability to meet and exceed key performance indicators including SPH, Conversion, NPS, AOV, UPT.

Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods.
History of successfully participating in and contributing to a positive team working environment.
Experience using or ability to learn point-of-sale systems and other retail technology.

Responsibilities

Uphold Mejuri’s Steps of Selling and ensure a high-quality in-store customer experience.
Promote and ensure positive customer experiences with service offerings such as piercing and engraving.
Support in back-of-house operations for in-store, phone, and BOPIS sales, ensuring efficient packaging and delivery standards.
Maintain the organizational integrity of the back-of-house, including display inventory, sellable inventory, packaging, and supplies.
Learn and utilize point-of-sale systems and other retail technology.
Assist in mitigating internal, external, and administrative product loss (shrink).
Identify and escalate opportunities, gaps, risks, and roadblocks to store leadership.
Ensure Mejuri brand standards for visual presentation, cleanliness, and functionality are maintained.
Validate the integrity of display fixtures, graphics, furniture, and decor, reporting any missing or damaged items.
Flag, identify, and address any inefficiencies in merchandising or operations.
Build positive relationships and foster an engaging work environment.
Adhere to company policies and compliance practices.
