About The Position

A Seasonal Stylist contributes to driving sales by providing a genuine experience to each customer. The role represents the Free People brand on the sales floor, engages customers with personalized conversation and product knowledge, and uses technology to stay informed about in-store and online events and special offers. The Stylist supports an inclusive, collaborative team environment and participates in sharing product knowledge, current trends, and styling priorities. The role also maintains visual and operational standards, supports shipment processing, and follows safety, inventory, loss-prevention, and company policy procedures.

This position is located at 3000 E 1st Ave, Denver, Colorado, 80206. The starting pay is USD $19.29 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand in a manner reflective of company values and drive an energized sales-floor experience.
• Initiate conversations and share advice and product knowledge to interact with customers in a personalized, genuine way across store zones.
• Use technology to stay informed about in-store and online events and special offers, enhancing the customer experience with an omni-channel perspective.
• Contribute to an inclusive, people-first philosophy by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership, share ideas, and participate in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses.
• Participate in learning and sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
• Maintain Free People’s visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Support the shipment process to learn about new and reshipped products.
• Follow store safety standards, maintain inventory accuracy, help reduce product loss, and uphold company policies and procedures.
