About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a seasonal sales associate to support the store during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager, the associate works with the store team to support customers and store productivity in a fast-paced environment. The role calls for a consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive approach and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

This position is part-time at the Outlets of Little Rock in Little Rock, Arkansas. Compensation ranges from $12.00 to $19.95 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts such as Black Friday.
• Be able to lift up to 40 pounds and regularly stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach overhead, and climb ladders, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods as identified by management.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
• Help maintain the store’s appearance according to visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
• Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
• Comply with Levi’s Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
