About The Position

The Seasonal Store Manager is employed by Noor Staffing Group, representing Hickory Farms, and leads the day-to-day operations and performance of one or more seasonal retail locations. The role is responsible for sales results, staff management, visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and compliance with company and operational standards. The manager leads by example, delivers exceptional customer experiences, and develops a high-performing sales team. The schedule is based on business needs. The manager must be available for any required shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and must be able to travel to the store on short notice to address operational needs. Occasional local travel to other store locations may also be required. The role is based primarily in a fast-paced, high-traffic mall retail environment and involves extended periods of standing, frequent movement, and customer interaction. It may involve exposure to weather and hot or cold temperatures during product restocking and freezer access. The listed pay is $17.00–$19.00 per hour.
