About The Position

Fabletics is hiring a Seasonal Store Associate for its University Town Center store in Sarasota, Florida. The associate helps deliver a high-quality retail shopping experience and connects customers’ online and in-store shopping journeys using retail technology. The role works with the Store Manager, other leaders, and associates to support customers, meet store goals, and contribute to the business. The position is expected to last 3–4 months, with the potential to extend, and reports to the Store Manager. It is an onsite role with a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
Knowledge of or familiarity with active lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
Ability to interact socially with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store.
Ability to work with large teams.
Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with retail inventory and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Self-motivated with good communication skills.
Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
Must be willing to work onsite.
Must be at least 18 years old.
The role involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; it may occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

Represent Fabletics’ culture and values and help customers live their passion.
Engage customers and explain product fabrics, features, fit, and function.
Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and improve the customer purchase journey.
Provide feedback to the Store Manager to support continuous business improvement.
Meet or exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
Follow safety and security standards and identify and communicate potential issues.
Unpack inventory boxes as required; boxes may weigh 10–30 pounds.
