Jared Jewelers is hiring a Jewelry Specialist to join its Sales Team. The role focuses on providing valued customers with a superior experience and helping them celebrate life and express love. Jewelry Specialists engage customers to understand their needs, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, provide information about extended service plans and financing options, and meet individual and team sales goals. The role calls for a positive, customer-focused approach, strong communication and relationship skills, and flexible availability during peak retail periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements

- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
