About The Position

Under Armour is seeking a Seasonal Stock Associate to help keep the store running smoothly during its busiest seasons. The role supports the movement of products from the stockroom to the sales floor, maintains merchandise availability, and helps provide a seamless shopping experience. The position is suited to someone who enjoys an active, high-energy team environment and is interested in seasonal work, with potential consideration for future seasonal hiring and opportunities for regular part-time or full-time roles.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old, or at least 16 years old in the EMEA Region.
• Fluency in the local language; basic English is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the role.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to stand, lift, walk, bend, and lift cartons weighing up to 25 lbs./12 kgs during each work shift, with or without accommodation.
• Comfort with or willingness to learn technology such as handheld and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise shipments.
• Replenish the sales floor.
• Manage markdowns, re-ticketing, stock transfers, and damaged goods.
• Keep the store, sales floor, and stockrooms clean and organized.
• Fulfill omni-channel requests through the digital experience in accordance with Under Armour processes and policies.
• Model Under Armour's service culture and customer expectations.
• Support and follow Under Armour visual standards when moving and presenting merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain and support safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, and communicate safety concerns to store leadership.
• Follow Loss Prevention policies and advise management of unusual internal or external activity.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.
• Take accountability for self-development and pursue growth opportunities to improve performance.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
