5AM Seasonal Associate
About The Position
The Seasonal Associate is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with customers, applying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store. The role follows operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained in multiple store areas to support business needs. Duties include customer service, register transactions, merchandise preparation and presentation, store recovery, and maintaining cleanliness and safety. The position is seasonal at HomeGoods Store 1129 in Papillion, Nebraska, with a starting pay range of $15.00 to $15.50 per hour. Actual starting pay depends on relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

Responsibilities
- Role-model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
- Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
- Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and count change according to operating procedures.
- Promote credit and loyalty programs.
- Maintain the merchandising philosophy and follow merchandising procedures and standards.
- Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures and standards.
- Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
- Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards on the sales floor and help maintain the cleanliness of the entire store.
- Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
- Follow labor laws, policies, and procedures.
- Support and participate in shrink-reduction goals and programs.
- Participate in safety awareness and help maintain a safe environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
