About The Position

The Stocking Retail Associate is responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging and interacting with customers, following customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store. The associate adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss-prevention standards and may be cross-trained in multiple store areas to support business needs.

Responsibilities include supporting a positive store culture, handling customer purchases and returns accurately, promoting credit and loyalty programs, processing merchandise for the sales floor, and maintaining merchandising, recovery, cleanliness, and organizational standards. The associate also supports shrink-reduction and safety efforts, follows labor laws and company policies, and performs other duties as assigned. The role is seasonal and has a starting pay range of $13.25 to $13.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Role-model customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and count change according to operating procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Follow the merchandising philosophy and established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures and standards.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery throughout the day as needed.
• Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards on the sales floor and help maintain the entire store.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support and participate in store shrink-reduction goals and programs.
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
