About The Position

WillaKenzie Estate, an ultra-premium estate winery in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, is seeking an experienced individual for a harvest internship during the 2026 harvest. This role offers a fully immersive experience in crafting small-lot, luxury Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Working under the supervision of the WillaKenzie Winemaker and with the entire winemaking team, you will be involved in all phases of harvest, from vineyard sampling to filling barrels. This position requires a strong desire to expand winemaking experience and involves a wide range of responsibilities.

Requirements

• Passion and enthusiasm for learning
• Flexibility
• Positive attitude
• 2 or more prior harvests or relevant cellar experience
• Strong forklift experience is highly valued
• Must be able to work varying shifts and overtime as needed
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English
• Continuous walking, climbing, kneeling, crouching, and crawling
• Ability to reach with hands and arms, fine manipulation, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• May occasionally include enclosed spaces and heights
