About The Position

The B-Helpful Professional is an energetic, engaged resource for customers and associates throughout the store. The role supports Bloomingdale’s mission of delivering a distinctive shopping experience through speed, attention to detail, collaboration, and teamwork. The associate manages an in-store service hub, assisting customers with Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders, simple returns, tourism information, and appointment booking for in-store services.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
Resourcefulness and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role, including standing and walking for extended periods, frequent use of computers and other technology, and frequently lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
