About The Position

As a Seasonal Associate, you will help create a shopping experience that makes customers feel welcome and comfortable. You will maintain clean, neat, and professional presentation standards in your assigned department and perform other duties as necessary and assigned. Seasonal positions are available in Sales (Electronics, E-Games, and Fashion) and Operations (Credit, General Merchandise/Checkout, and Warehouse).

Requirements

• No specific educational accomplishment is required.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management.
• Ability to communicate by telephone with proper etiquette.
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers.
• Possess a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to multitask.
• The position involves regular walking, standing, sitting for extended periods, hearing, and talking; may occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching; and may involve moving or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
