About The Position

Bloomingdale’s Seasonal Sales Professionals guide and inspire customers to make style a source of creative energy in their lives. They deliver the Bloomingdale’s customer experience through welcoming, engaging, and inquisitive conversation that creates a personal connection. Sales Professionals circulate the sales floor, determine customer needs, share the benefits of Loyalty programs, and support the shopping experience from start to finish. They also deliver operational excellence by using the store fulfillment system and meeting merchandise-to-sell standards while maintaining the sales floor and fitting rooms.

Requirements

Ability to read and interpret instructional documents, including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stoop, and distinguish colors as the job may require.
Ability to use computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and process register transactions.
Ability to frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
