About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate is the face of The North Face brand, bringing energy, authenticity, and a customer-first mindset to customer interactions. The associate creates memorable shopping experiences by engaging customers, sharing product knowledge, and providing exceptional service. Working collaboratively with the store team, this role contributes to sales, visual merchandising, and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position supports the store during peak season, with potential to transition to regular employment. Associates will primarily work a 9:00 PM–1:00 AM shift, with opportunities to work daytime or standard hours as well.

Requirements

• Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including basic retail systems and applications.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods and perform tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience is identified as a foundational experience range.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus.
