About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate promotes the company’s culture, values, and mission by sharing an enthusiasm for fashion and creating an excellent shopping experience. The role involves connecting with customers, helping them find products that suit their needs and personal style, and contributing to a positive, welcoming store environment. Associates also support day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing tasks, merchandise presentation, and checkout.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 lbs. as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers to create an excellent shopping experience.
• Meet and exceed sales goals by executing the selling strategy.
• Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales and address their needs.
• Use company tools to build customer relationships and brand loyalty.
• Offer fashion advice that reflects customers’ personal styles.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store.
• Complete assigned responsibilities such as floor sets, replenishing the sales floor, and ringing up customers.
• Work positively and professionally with the team to create a great environment for customers and associates.
