About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a seasonal Sales Associate/Photographer to help create enjoyable experiences for families visiting its Santa photo sets. The role welcomes guests, engages with children, takes photographs, and provides memorable souvenirs while delivering warm, attentive guest service and helping photo operations run smoothly. Photography experience is not required. The position is seasonal, with opportunities to return for future holiday seasons and explore growth opportunities in the souvenir photography division where available. Employees may work at least 20 hours per week or as needed, with flexible scheduling and availability required during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Availability to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, helping every family feel welcomed and cared for.
• Participate as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
