About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. You work on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, using product knowledge and a personal approach to build trust, meet sales targets, and encourage customer loyalty. The role also involves maintaining a clean, organized, inviting, and shoppable sales area. At the start of the day, colleagues prepare the sales floor, review goals, and learn about new arrivals, popular items, trends, and promotions. During the day, they engage customers, maintain merchandise presentation, process damages and vendor returns, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits and provide a thoughtful close to each customer interaction. Colleagues support one another, work toward individual and store results, and continuously improve their selling and service skills. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
