About The Position

POP MART is a global pop culture and entertainment company that develops and operates intellectual property with artists and designers worldwide. Its portfolio includes characters such as THE MONSTERS, TWINKLE TWINKLE, CRYBABY, DIMOO, SKULLPANDA, Hirono, and MOLLY. The Seasonal Sales Associate supports the store during the holiday shopping season, serving as a brand ambassador and creating memorable shopping experiences for customers interested in POP MART’s characters and collectibles.

This role provides friendly, knowledgeable service; helps customers discover products; supports sales goals; and contributes to daily store operations. Duties include processing transactions, maintaining the sales floor, assisting with merchandising and replenishment, processing shipments, organizing stock, supporting inventory accuracy and loss prevention, and helping manage customer traffic and product launches. The position is temporary and seasonal, with employment expected to conclude at the end of the designated seasonal period. Continued employment may be considered but is not guaranteed.

The position is based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and pays a fixed rate of $15.00 per hour. It is classified as temporary, seasonal, and non-exempt, and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable law. The role involves extended periods of standing and walking, frequent movement and handling of merchandise, and work across the sales floor, stockroom, and receiving areas.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Flexible availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods, based on store scheduling needs.

• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, typically 6–8 hours per shift.
• Ability to frequently bend, kneel, squat, reach overhead, and safely use ladders or step stools.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, entertainment, or another customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet shoppers, build genuine connections, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Share product knowledge, character stories, and enthusiasm for POP MART collectible art toys.
• Make personalized recommendations and help customers find products they will enjoy.
• Support store sales goals by promoting key products, new releases, Blind Boxes, MEGA collectibles, and accessories.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store that meets POP MART brand standards.
• Assist with merchandising, product replenishment, shipment processing, and stockroom organization.
• Support inventory accuracy and follow merchandise-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
• Help manage customer traffic, lines, and product launches while maintaining a safe and welcoming shopping environment.
• Collaborate with store leadership and team members to meet daily operational needs, especially during peak holiday periods.
• Perform physical tasks including moving merchandise, stocking, unpacking shipments, pricing products, and organizing inventory.
