About The Position

TravisMathew is hiring a seasonal Client Associate for its Kings Shops retail location. The Client Associate maintains the in-store sales and service experience and promotes a sales culture to help achieve or exceed sales, key performance indicator, and profitability goals. The role focuses on providing exceptional client service, building repeat-client relationships, supporting store events and marketing initiatives, and maintaining an inviting, productive, and organized retail environment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a client services-related capacity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions independently or escalate matters when applicable.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to walk, sit, stand, bend, reach, and move continually during working hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide approachable and efficient sales and service on the sales floor to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Connect with in-store clients and develop and retain repeat clients to drive individual sales goals.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of each season’s apparel, including fit, fabric, and intended use.
• Participate in in-store events, marketing initiatives, and customer relationship management (CRM) activities to drive and reward repeat business.
• Follow client service standards, company policies, and procedures.
• Foster a friendly, open, and inviting environment for all store guests.
• Promote a work environment focused on teamwork and productivity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including the front of house and stock space.
