About The Position

The Client Associate maintains the in-store sales and service experience and promotes a sales culture to help the retail store achieve or exceed sales, key performance indicator (KPI), and profitability goals. The role includes engaging with clients, building repeat business, maintaining product knowledge, and contributing to a welcoming, productive store environment.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a client services-related capacity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions independently or escalate when appropriate.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to walk, sit, stand, bend, reach, and move continually during working hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide approachable and efficient sales and service on the sales floor to achieve goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Connect with in-store clients and develop and retain repeat clients to drive individual sales goals.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of each season’s apparel, including fit, fabric, and intended use.
• Participate in in-store events, marketing initiatives, and customer relationship management (CRM) activities to drive and reward repeat business.
• Follow client service standards and company policies and procedures.
• Foster a friendly, open, and inviting environment for store guests.
• Support a work environment focused on teamwork and productivity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store, including the front of house and stock space.
