About The Position

Under Armour is hiring a seasonal, part-time Sales Associate to support the store during busy seasons. The role delivers customer service, drives sales, helps maintain a clean and organized store, supports daily operations, and assists with stock duties as needed. Associates work in a fast-paced environment and may work across the front and back of the store, including point of sale and digital omni-channel fulfillment. The posting lists compensation of €6,879.60–€7,567.60 EUR.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years old, or 18 years old in California.
• Be able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office and lift up to 25 lbs./12 kg.
• Have fluency in the local language; basic English is a plus.
• Be available for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Have strong communication skills.
• Be able to perform the essential functions of the role.
• Be able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be comfortable with or willing to learn technology such as computers, handheld devices, and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service from greeting through checkout.
• Recommend appropriate apparel and footwear to customers.
• Share knowledge of Under Armour products.
• Stock, straighten, and clean the store.
• Work in front- and back-of-store areas as needed, including point-of-sale and payment processes.
• Fulfill customer omni-channel requests through the digital experience in accordance with Under Armour processes and policies.
• Collaborate effectively with the team in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Educate customers about the Rewards program to promote loyalty.
