About The Position

Under Armour is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to represent the brand, create standout customer experiences, drive sales, and maintain the store. The role suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and working as part of a team. Sales Associates help customers find appropriate apparel and footwear, share product knowledge, and support in-store and digital customer requests.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years old, or 18 years old in California.
• Be able to move around the sales floor, stockroom, and office and lift up to 25 lbs./12 kgs.
• Fluency in the local language is required; basic English is a plus.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Have strong communication skills.
• Be able to perform the essential functions of the role.
• Be able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be comfortable with or willing to learn technology such as computers, handheld devices, and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, from greeting customers to completing efficient checkouts.
• Recommend apparel and footwear suited to customers' needs.
• Share knowledge and enthusiasm about Under Armour products.
• Stock, straighten, and clean the store.
• Work in both the front and back of the store as needed, including point-of-sale and payment processes.
• Fulfill customer omni-channel requests through the digital experience in accordance with company processes and policies.
• Work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about the Rewards program.
• Pursue self-development and growth opportunities to improve performance.
• Work scheduled hours in accordance with Under Armour's attendance policy.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
