About The Position
The Seasonal Sales Associate will join Reiss’s new Macy’s Concession at Fresno Fashion Fair Mall on a part-time basis. The role provides exceptional customer service and supports the management team in achieving sales and operational goals. Reiss describes its retail teams as focused on delivering elevated customer service, maintaining a distinctive store environment, and working together to meet and exceed customer expectations and business goals.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a premium or luxury retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivation, focus, and drive to achieve individual and team goals.
- Ability to work as a team player.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a premium and tailored customer service experience.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of the brand and its products.
- Communicate appropriately and effectively with customers, team members, and management.
