About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate joins Victoria’s Secret UK & IRE for the festive season, delivering memorable customer experiences in a busy, fast-paced store. The role includes helping customers discover products, developing customer-service skills and product knowledge, maintaining in-store product presentation, supporting cash areas, and processing stockroom deliveries. Team members work with a friendly, supportive team and help create an inclusive environment where customers feel welcome.

Seasonal roles start from mid-September and are offered on a contract basis for the festive season. Shifts may include Black Friday, the week of Christmas, and New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day. The advertised schedule is 12 hours per week: Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 07:00 to 11:00. The company offers flexible schedules, with shift patterns that may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver memorable customer experiences and provide customer service in store.
• Build product knowledge and help customers find products that meet their needs, including additional items they may appreciate.
• Support the in-store presentation of products.
• Support key store areas, including cash areas.
• Process deliveries in the stockroom.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive, and inclusive working environment.
• Work shifts that may cover Black Friday, the week of Christmas, and New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day.
