About The Position

Flexible availability is required to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends. The role may require bending, lifting, opening, and moving products and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds. The listed pay range is USD $15.00 to $18.75 per hour. Eligible associates may receive medical, dental, and vision coverage, term life insurance, paid vacation and holidays, and a 401(k) with company match. All associates are eligible for a discount on Catalyst Brands merchandise. Eligible hourly store associates scheduled to work on a designated holiday receive additional compensation.

Responsibilities
- Engage and connect with customers to create an excellent shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing the selling strategy.
- Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales.
- Use company tools to build customer relationships and brand loyalty.
- Understand customers’ personal styles when offering fashion advice.
- Use product knowledge to inspire customers and address their needs.
- Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store.
- Complete assigned duties such as floor sets, filling the sales floor, and ringing up customers.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach and work with the team to create a great environment for customers and colleagues.
- Model the company’s values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
