About The Position

As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague, you’ll help create a warm, inviting experience in the fragrance department. You’ll keep the area beautifully merchandised and fully stocked while supporting the sales team on the floor and behind the scenes. Tasks include preparing products, restocking displays, and assisting with transactions. This role combines customer service and sales support, with a focus on anticipating team needs, keeping the space ready for customers, and creating memorable experiences during the busy season.

Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled to work 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. The role requires flexible availability for various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Help ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers.
• Review sales goals and learn about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions.
• Welcome customers, engage them in friendly conversations, and build customer relationships.
• Maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages and testers, and selecting merchandise to return to vendors.
• Update signs and pricing and support merchandise moves as needed.
• Share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, thank them sincerely, and help carry packages when appropriate.
• Support colleagues through honesty, care, and collaboration.
• Work toward sales goals and learn from colleagues to contribute to individual and store results.
• Assist with transactions.
