About The Position

Cotton On is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate to represent the brand and create memorable, enjoyable experiences for customers. The role involves championing Cotton On’s values, helping make a positive impact on communities, maintaining an inviting store through merchandising and replenishment, and collaborating with the team to achieve goals. This is a temporary seasonal position through Sunday, January 10, 2027. It is a part-time hourly position paying $15.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Retail experience, preferably in fast fashion.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a team to drive results.
• Knowledge of basic retail principles, including sales, stock, and service delivery in stores.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to move around the store throughout the shift or workday.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to regularly squat and kneel.
• Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform.
