About The Position

POP MART is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support its retail team during the holiday shopping period. The associate serves as a brand ambassador, creating memorable customer experiences and sharing knowledge and enthusiasm about POP MART characters and collectible products. The role supports sales goals, daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, and a clean, welcoming shopping environment. The position is based in Los Angeles, California, and pays a fixed rate of $18.42 per hour. It is classified as temporary, seasonal, and non-exempt, and is eligible for overtime under applicable law.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong customer service skills and a genuine interest in creating positive shopping experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet shoppers, build genuine connections, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Share product knowledge, character stories, and enthusiasm for POP MART collectible art toys.
• Recommend products based on customer interests and engagement.
• Support store sales goals by promoting key products, new releases, Blind Boxes, MEGA collectibles, and accessories.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store that reflects POP MART brand standards.
• Assist with merchandising, product replenishment, shipment processing, and stockroom organization.
• Support inventory accuracy and follow merchandise-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
• Help manage customer traffic, lines, and product launches while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with store leadership and team members to meet daily operational needs, especially during peak holiday periods.
