The North Face: Seasonal Sales Associate (Late Shift) – Michigan City
About The Position
The Seasonal Sales Associate at The North Face is the face of the brand, creating memorable shopping experiences through genuine customer engagement, product knowledge, and exceptional service. Working as part of a collaborative team, the associate contributes to sales, visual merchandising, replenishment, and store operations while helping maintain brand presentation standards and a clean, customer-ready environment. The role supports the store during peak season, with potential to transition to regular employment. Associates will primarily work a 9:00 PM–1:00 AM shift, with opportunities to work daytime or standard hours as well. This position is part-time or limited-time and is not eligible for all VF Corporation benefit plans.
Requirements

- Proficient computer skills, including basic retail systems and applications.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods and perform tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Nice To Haves

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience; retail experience is a plus.
