About The Position
Three Rivers Park District is hiring Seasonal Safety Shift Leaders at Hyland Hills Ski Area in Bloomington, Minnesota. The position provides leadership to an assigned shift in accordance with Park District policies, with the goal of delivering high-quality experiences for park guests. The starting salary range is $18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on qualifications. The posting is scheduled to close on November 6, 2026. Hyland Hills employees receive a free unlimited ski pass for the entire season.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
- Have at least one year of leadership experience (two seasons), or experience supervising others.
- Hold a valid Class D Minnesota driver's license and be able to operate cars and light trucks.
- Hold current Outdoor Emergency Care (OEC), Emergency Medical Responder (EMR), or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification upon appointment and throughout employment.
- Hold CPR certification upon appointment and throughout employment: Red Cross for the Professional Rescuer or American Heart Association Basic Life Support.
