Seasonal Safety & Compliance Associate
About The Position
Seasonal Associates support AMS Fulfillment’s safety and compliance processes by monitoring employee entrances and exits during peak operational periods. The role applies AMS’s bag and coat check policy consistently, reinforces secure access, and maintains a professional presence at high-traffic entry points. Schedules, shifts, and hours may change based on order volume and business needs, so applicants must be willing to adjust to changing schedules and operational priorities. Overtime, weekend work, and extended hours may be needed during peak periods. Seasonal positions may not exceed 90 days from the start date. The position is based at the Witherspoon Warehouse in Valencia, California. The work takes place in high-traffic employee entry and exit areas in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. The role requires attentiveness, professionalism, and consistent application of policy. Responsibilities
- Monitor associate entrances and exits throughout the shift to support safety and compliance.
- Complete training on AMS’s bag and coat check policy and apply the policy consistently.
- Conduct bag and coat checks in alignment with training and established procedures.
- Immediately contact a leader if a concern, discrepancy, or policy issue arises during checks.
- Maintain respectful, professional interactions with employees while enforcing policy expectations.
- Support a positive, safe, and compliant workplace environment.
