Seasonal Retail Team Member
About The Position
The Seasonal Retail Team Member delivers friendly customer service, helps customers find products and solutions, and provides a fast, friendly checkout experience. The role includes cash handling, explaining Rewards and Private Label Credit Card benefits, encouraging enrollments, and educating customers about the Voice of Customer survey. Team Members also assist with omnichannel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The position supports truck unloading, stocking, planogram processes, merchandise recovery, store maintenance, Store In Stock Optimization (SISO), and ad set duties. Team Members support shrink and safety programs, follow company procedures and policies, and interact respectfully with customers and colleagues. The role includes cross-training in Custom Framing sales and production, as well as other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job.
- Ability to remain standing for long periods.
- Ability to move throughout the store.
- Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly.
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

Responsibilities
- Help customers shop, locate products, and find solutions.
- Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash according to standards.
- Explain the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
- Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
- Assist with omnichannel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
- Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
- Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including returns and general store recovery, to maintain a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
- Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and ad set duties as assigned.
- Support shrink and safety programs.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company programs, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
- Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remain positive in difficult situations, promote the organization’s vision and values, and serve as a positive role model.
- Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
