About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services on the sales floor or in the fitting room. You use product knowledge and customer engagement to achieve selling goals, build trust, meet sales targets, and inspire customer loyalty. The role also helps keep the shopping area clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for each day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, popular items, trends, and promotions, and making sure the sales floor is ready for customers. During the day, they build customer relationships through friendly, personal conversations; maintain a shoppable space by merchandising merchandise, processing damages and vendor returns, updating signs and prices, and supporting merchandise moves; and share loyalty program benefits while providing a sincere closing interaction. Teamwork, continuous improvement, and achieving individual and store results are central to the role. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
