Seasonal Retail Sales Associate (Roosevelt Field)
About The Position
As a Seasonal Retail Store Associate at the Roosevelt Field store, you will help bring Princess Polly’s online presence into the real world by providing an immersive shopping experience. You will deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment, maintain visual merchandising and store standards, replenish the sales floor, and prepare incoming merchandise for merchandising. The role suits a positive, high-energy, motivated person with a strong sense of style and enthusiasm for the brand. This is a seasonal position anticipated to last up to 90 days. Employees hired with a November 10, 2026 start date will have a predetermined end date of January 10, 2027. Conversion to regular employment is not guaranteed and depends on business needs, individual performance, and availability. Employment is at-will, and scheduled hours are not guaranteed and may vary week to week. The compensation is $18 per hour.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Upbeat, high-energy demeanor and enthusiasm for interacting with customers.
- Great sense of style.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
