About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, provide personalized recommendations, connect them with suitable products and services, and work toward sales goals through customer engagement and effective selling behaviors. You help customers on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, build trust and loyalty, and contribute to a clean, organized, inviting shopping environment. At the start of the day, colleagues prepare the sales floor, review sales goals, learn about new arrivals, popular items, trends, and promotions, and get ready to assist customers. During the day, they welcome customers, build friendly relationships, maintain merchandise and displays, process damages and vendor returns, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and end interactions with a sincere thank-you. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
