About The Position

ZWILLING is hiring a part-time Seasonal Retail Sales Associate at its Wrentham Village Premium Outlets store in Wrentham, Massachusetts, to support the team during the holiday season. The associate will provide excellent customer service, support sales goals, maintain merchandise displays, assist with events and inventory, and contribute to a positive team environment. Candidates should have reliable transportation and flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The seasonal assignment is expected to run from November 15, 2026, through January 15, 2027, though it may end earlier or later depending on business needs. Continued employment beyond the seasonal assignment is not guaranteed. The hourly rate is $15.00–$20.00, depending on location and the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skill set.

Requirements

• Passion for cooking, food, or premium consumer products.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first mindset and positive attitude.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs. and comfortably use a ladder.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
• Reliable transportation.
