About The Position

ZWILLING is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associates to help deliver exceptional customer experiences during its busiest season. The role is based at the Assembly Row store in Somerville, Massachusetts, and involves customer service, sales, product demonstrations, merchandising, events, and inventory support in a fast-paced retail environment. The seasonal assignment is expected to run from November 15, 2026, through January 15, 2027, though it may end earlier or later based on business needs. There is no guarantee of employment beyond the seasonal assignment.

Requirements

• Passion for cooking, food, or premium consumer products.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first mindset and positive attitude.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs. and comfortably use a ladder.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
