About The Position

ZWILLING is hiring a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to help deliver exceptional customer experiences during the holiday season at its Wrentham Village Premium Outlets store in Wrentham, Massachusetts. The role supports shoppers from Greater Boston, Rhode Island, and Southeastern Massachusetts. Candidates need reliable transportation and flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Customer service, retail sales, or hospitality experience is a plus, but is not required. The seasonal assignment is expected to run from November 15, 2026, through January 15, 2027, and may end earlier or later depending on business needs, with no guarantee of continued employment afterward.

Requirements

• Passion for cooking, food, or premium consumer products.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first mindset and positive attitude.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs. and comfortably use a ladder.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
• Reliable transportation.
