About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create standout holiday shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services on the sales floor and in fitting rooms. You engage customers, work toward sales goals, and help build trust and loyalty. The role also includes keeping the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, best sellers, trends, and promotions, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. During the day, they create friendly, personal customer interactions; maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages, testers, and selected vendor returns, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves; and share loyalty program benefits while ensuring customers have what they need. Colleagues support one another, take pride in their work, and strive to achieve individual and store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled to work 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
