About The Position
The Seasonal Retail Fulfillment role supports store logistics and customer order fulfillment. The position receives, unloads, unpacks, and delivers merchandise to selling departments; fulfills, prepares, and ships customer orders according to quality standards; and uses inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments. It also helps maintain clean, organized selling floors and stockrooms and provides general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating fixtures. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results-oriented, and committed to outstanding customer experiences. This role requires continuous movement and frequent handling of merchandise throughout a shift. The listed pay range is $21.00–$21.85 per hour; pay offers depend on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses. Benefits and eligibility vary by location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
Requirements

- Meet the physical requirements of continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching; frequent hand use for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling; handling bulky or awkward items and reaching to lift items above the head; regularly lifting items up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds; and frequently lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
- Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner while following quality standards.
- Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
- Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
- Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
- Provide general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
