About The Position

The Retail Fulfillment role supports store logistics and fulfillment operations while providing outstanding customer experiences. The employee receives, unloads, unpacks, and delivers merchandise to selling departments; fulfills and ships customer orders according to quality standards; and uses inventory management systems to scan, process, and research shipments. The role also helps keep selling floors and stockrooms clean and organized and provides general store support, such as setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating fixtures. This is a seasonal position at Hillsdale Shopping Center.

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner and meet quality standards.
Prepare and ship customer orders according to packing and shipping standards.
Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
Provide general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
